Se elabor\u00f3 un mapa geol\u00f3gico-geomorfol\u00f3gico que identifica los cauces fluviales activos, las llanuras de inundaci\u00f3n y los niveles aterrazados. Adem\u00e1s, se consideraron datos hist\u00f3ricos de inundaciones recopilados en el Catastro de Inundaciones. Este m\u00e9todo se basa en la idea de que las \u00e1reas afectadas por inundaciones en el pasado tienen mayor probabilidad de ser afectadas en el futuro.
